I’ve had many good experiences here. Anna, Fox glove and Chris are always a pleasure to see
Your barista Piper deserves a raise. There was a line of over twenty people that she had to take care of by her self. The family in front of me was rude and demanding and she handled it very well. Three stars because it’s insane that no manager in the store is capable of helping. Five stars for Piper.
There was a crazy line there and only two girls working. They were kicking butt and they made my frappes surprisingly fast. They even wrote me a small note on my cup and I let them know the wait was totally okay, as I know what it's like to work in a fast paced environment.
Crystal made my day this morning. She was delightful and made my experience feel special.
