The people are fine, they had just opened up a new location to take some pressure off this busy location, but, they closed it. Leaving your order times around 45 minutes. You heard that right, 45 minutes for Starbucks coffee on the regular.
They have bathrooms out of service because they don’t want to wash them. Hopefully they can address to Starbucks’ new policies. We’re all tired of the inconsistency with service at these dam places
I've been a regular here and haven't had issues until last night. My daughter asked for a cup of water, but they told her she needed to buy something first. I had just spent nearly $40 on drinks a few hours earlier. When I asked about the situation, the staff was rude and said this would be the last time we could get water without purchasing something first.
9/19/25- The atmosphere in this store has changed. I stopped in for coffee and some prep time before a business meeting. As soon as I walked in I noticed all of the baristas seemed on edge, even though they were making significant effort to be upbeat, acknowledge and welcome everyone, and were working hard…except one; a tall medium build, 20-something female with longish straight dark hair pulled back in a ponytail, perfect makeup.
