Had a really bad experience at this Starbucks with a barista named Cassandra. I made a Mobile App order on my lunch time at work . I politely asked for a small cup of ice, and she gave me major attitude, telling me I had to get in line and ask for it. Then when I asked for a lid, she didn't even hand it to me—she literally slid/threw it across the table. It was super rude and made me feel awful. Even her coworker looked annoyed by her behavior.
