For the first time ever when I walked in I wasn’t greeted with the friendly greeting I’ve know. And becomes to appreciate from Starbucks. I’ve always said the two things I love the most is how they greet you and they are always consistent.
Not a bad place to have coffee. However today I got a hot beverage ended up spilling it because the lids and the cups are so flimsy. This is the second time that this has happened and im quite fed up. There ought to be a rule on if there is a hot beverage ordered, the drink should be delivered in a "double cup" form. Im sick and tired of burning myself and wasting hard earned my on coffee that ends up on the floor because the cups can't handle the liquid. Please do better! Thanks
