The person who made the drinks must’ve been mad I placed a big order. The new staff seems to always be in a bad mood unlike the past staff who were always so welcoming. I got my order and the lady gave me a huge attitude on top of throwing me the cup holders I asked for rather then handing them to me like a normal person. Wasn’t nice at all, this happened at 12:04-12:06pm. Wish I got her name but she wasn’t so rude she wasn’t even responding. Definitely won’t order anything again specially if she’s there beating so rude.
I was there on Valentines day. The two men working there were very slow and took 15 minutes for my drink.
Sandra and Shawn have some of thee best energy and passed the vibe check. I stopped by this location to get a warm drink. Did y’all know that the pistachio latte is back?! I’m pressed. Anywho, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and provided excellent customer service. More of this — kindness, humility, being humorous, and positivity, is needed, and especially with all of the craziness going on in our country and world.
