I walked in to purchase a cup of water because it’s very hot out the heat is extremely hot today and the young lady at the register told me I wasn’t able to purchase a cup of water I am extremely upset I wasn’t able to get my order she told me I had to purchase they are no longer able to allow people to purchase water

Starbucks in Van Ness… BEAUTIFUL Black men…. the atmosphere and service is EXQUISITE! They are so well mannered. They smiled the entire time. They said yes maam and sir. They spoke to everyone that walked in, same tone. How’s your day going… etc… Something so miscellaneous just made my entire day. 🥰
