This location is clean most of the time. Other times, the crew looks overworked and their space gets beyond messy. Very often they hand me a drink that tastes terrible. I’m not sure if it’s because they have new employees or if this place is just going down hill. Whatever the case is, I find that the Powell location is much more cleaner and rarely messes up my order.
Best store in the area if you want Starbucks. The atmosphere is nearly perfect (the acoustics are a bit echoey, but that’s a minor complaint), the service is top-notch, and the location is reasonably quiet despite being near a highway. They always get my order right and I never have any issues with their service.
