They are the slowest starbucks. Every single time I go. I have hesitated to write a review, but it’s gotten so frustrating. Even when I order ahead. I still wait even when no one is there. I ordered two Frappuccino’s and it took 20 minutes. There were 5-6 people working, absolutely no one in line inside before me or after me.
I am so disappointed in this store. I went through the drive thru and watched an employee named Aubrey absolutely berate a blonde headed employee in clear sight. The window was slightly cracked, and you could hear a rude condescending tone. I could hear the blonde girl say “I’m sorry” more than once. Regardless if this was an issue with an order, or anything else, she should have finished with me and pulled her to the side to discuss.
