Always a pleasure coming this Starbucks. A well run establishment with great team dynamics in a high stress / high traffic location. Our drink order is ready before we order, love the conversations and to Joaquin, Ellie, Zeek, Astraea, Dale, Joanne, Tara, Yana... and the rest of the team, you guys are always on point, and keep us coming back..
The stupid employee refused water to my daughter he er saying that Starbucks launched a policy 6 months ago to only give water on a purchase of an item. This is ridiculous. I always thought Starbucks cared about people. Also, I saw someone take water just in front of us without even buying anything. The employee was very rude, dismissive and inconsiderate to my 8 year old daughter.
I went early in the morning and the crew on that shift was amazing... the service was A+ and the attitude probably more... I don't drink too much coffee, but when I do, I prefer Starbucks...
