Cool people
I had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks inside the Topanga Mall. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the staff honestly made my day. Even though it was a busy afternoon, they kept things moving smoothly and made sure everyone felt taken care of. I ordered an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso my goto, and it was made perfectly balanced, refreshing, and just what I needed after a long day of shopping. Starbucks policy now prohibits workers from giving out ice or water cups without a purchase. Just a slap in the face to customers and the homeless. Billion dollar corporation refusing an item that cost them essentially nothing, maybe 3-6 cents. Just sad what this establishment has come to.
