I was not allowed to use the bathroom and then I couldn't get a cup of water. I'm a big Starbucks customer like almost daily, just not at this location. The staff was rude and unpleasant they then asked if wanted water after ordered a lemonade sarcastic, that's not the way you treat customers. And a bathroom. Is a common courtesy. Never returning there again. What an unpleasant experience. 0/10
The ladies at the Starbucks inside of Hilton have been so amazing we stayed at the hotel over the weekend and each colleague has a bright smile waiting to help us.

It is convenient if you're visiting family at the hospital. I ordered 2 coffees one with sugar, when he handed them to me, I asked which one has sugar he said he didn't know. I paid $7+ for 2 small black coffees.
