This Starbucks is horrible bad customer service, my daughter asked for a cup of water and the guy didn't even have a smile on his face he just said you have to purchase to get water. Everytime we go to dadeland I buy something from Starbucks I will never buy anything from this place again. First time that i get told I have to buy something to get a free cup of water. It's water! Dunkin has better service better coffee and free water!

Carlos does not know the difference between a Machiatto and Dopio expresso. Ive been a long time customer not to know what they are. He needs training!
