I went in today to get a drink at the west location , drink had a bad taste I even had my coworkers try it and they said it was bad as well, so I contacted corporate and they told me that as a LOYAL CUSTOMER I could go back and get it remade completely, so I went to the east location to get it remade completely and they told me that this location ISNT PART OF COOPERATE and they couldn’t remake it AT ALL. This Starbucks is horrible bad customer service, my daughter asked for a cup of water and the guy didn't even have a smile on his face he just said you have to purchase to get water. Everytime we go to dadeland I buy something from Starbucks I will never buy anything from this place again. First time that i get told I have to buy something to get a free cup of water. It's water! Dunkin has better service better coffee and free water!
Rosie (barista) made me the most amazing protein latte I have ever drank.
