I hated the customer service of the barista. I ordered a tea which was so hot that It burnt my tongue after waiting for almost 10 minutes for it to cool down. When I went to the barista to talk about it, he didn’t offer any solution to replace the drink.
The service at this Starbucks is honestly the worst in all of Miami. The staff are extremely rude, and the manager—believe me—is just as bad, if not worse, than the employees. I asked for a cup of water after buying something earlier, and when I came back a few hours later with my own Starbucks cup to refill it, they told me that both the water and the cup had a cost. How can they charge for or refuse water? Truly disappointing.
