I was just at that Starbucks, I ordered an extra hot oatmeal latte, I specifically asked that I wanted the coffee without foam and no room, sometimes they put a lot of foam in the coffees, and you pay full price for a half-empty coffee. The store was a mess only one person working and two employees talking with each other towards the side while the line built up, what should have been a 5 minute experience turned out to be 15 minutes and the condiment bar was mess.”
