Disappointed with Service and Value Paid $18 for two XL drinks at Starbucks, including an extra $3.25 just for 3 additional scoops of boba. When I got my drink, there was barely any boba, so I went back to ask about it. 1 minute from highway, on sunday in the afternoon there were 5 clients, and 5 employees preparing order, bathroom for customers-happy came in here
Paid extra for cold foam and received a cup with no cold foam. When asked about it they said “it sunk” and conversation was over. It obviously wasn’t added because there wasn’t any cold foam on the cap or in the drink. Have had good experiences here in the past so this was very disappointing
