Absolutely terrible experience. This location is supposed to close at 9 PM, but when I arrived at 8:36 PM, they refused to serve me. I was standing at the door and was completely ignored by the staff inside—no acknowledgment at all. I even tried the drive-thru, and they ignored me there too. If you’re going to close early, at least be honest about your hours instead of wasting people’s time. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism here is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
I’ve been coming here almost every week as a drop off point for my little one and the staff here are always friendly and welcoming. I especially loved my matcha latte today (thanks to the barista who made it)!
I’ve been waiting for 20 min they were focused on only online orders I believe
