Great coffee for the road
I came in last week and saw the, what I can assume is the manager, verbally abusing staff members. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, it was one of, if not the most, ridiculous things I have ever seen. Safe to say I’ll be going to the one around the corner.
Disappointed with Service and Value Paid $18 for two XL drinks at Starbucks, including an extra $3.25 just for 3 additional scoops of boba. When I got my drink, there was barely any boba, so I went back to ask about it. The barista making the drinks gave me attitude and insisted she added the full amount — even though it was clearly not there. This kind of dismissive service is becoming way too common.
