Hello Kitty x Starbucks merch was literally 5 bear cups. First person snatched all of them. No more available. Disappointed and left without purchase. This is why I go elsewhere for coffee now. Employees were very nice though. Tried another location with same sad results.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. My drink has been messed up several times now, even when I order it clearly through the app or at the counter. Whether it’s missing ingredients, wrong milk, or the completely wrong order, it feels like attention to detail just isn’t a priority. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but it’s happened too often for me to feel confident coming back.
