I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Starbucks location. I experienced a problem with the app that resulted in me being double charged. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, Shelby was rude, aggressive, patronizing and dismissive. She made me feel like I was the problem for bringing the issue to her attention and that I was trying to get a $4.53 order for free! Accidentally placed my order at the wrong Starbucks and they made my order anyway! Thanks I'll double check my location next time
I just drove off and both coffees spilled ,they were in the container tray. I drive back less than 5 min. Explained what happened and since I drove off and didn't drink there, said no refills, it was just a plain hot coffee . And also. No omg. So sorry they spilled
