Horrible customer service from the supervisor with red hair . I came to spend money here on a drink and she had attitude, didn’t greet us and when asked for more crunch she looked irritated. When I mentioned she was rude she argued and said I’m busy taking orders etc. I get that it gets busy but that is your job don’t take it out on us paying customers and give us attitude if you don’t like your job maybe you should find another one !
Genuinely the only rude Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. I travel for work and I go to a Starbucks almost every day, adding up to mayybeee 1000+ stores over the past few years. On Thursday 5/14 I had the unfortunate occurrence of visiting this Starbucks to meet my Dad who lives in WM. Before we met he had spent a while in the store and ordered a shaken horchata espresso.
