They Won’t allow hard working members of the community to use their restroom unless you purchase something. At 6am on a Sunday morning, a barista said it’s the company policy.. Spend your money some place else like a mom and pop shop!
I always go here on Saturday and my usual guy barista wasn’t there 💔💔. It was random lady at the cash register at the drive thru. When I got my drink ( venti iced lavender cream matcha) every sip I took had a clumped texture and didn’t taste like lavender. This is my fourth time getting this drink and it ain’t taste like this.Too much ice 🥀🥀. My jalapeño chicken pocket was soggy and sad. There wasn’t that many people in the drive thru, so…?? How did quality wise go down?
This is the only Starbucks that take forever to make drinks, it doesn't matter if its just one! You placed a mobile order and still have to wait up to 30 minutes to get them. One time I asked a worker if she could remake my drink she was really rude and when she handed to me it seemed like she just threw it at the counter.
