I had a mobile order of an ice espresso . Time indicated pick up at 1:34 pm. Got there at 1:32 pm, didn’t see my order anywhere, meanwhile others just came in and ordered got their drinks prep right there and then. I waited 5 more minutes and still nothing, then came up to counter and asked for it. They checked and realized they forgot and bypassed my order. The drinks are consistently good at this Starbucks location. I make alterations and they always follow the request here so no problems and I drive out of my way to come to this specific store. The baristas are friendly, they greet you and take your order pretty fast, there usually isn't a long line, and the drink is made pretty quick too. It's usually not too crowded and there is a respectable amount of different types of seating, with charging available too. Me and my daugther love Starbucks.. But today is a not good experience.. After ordering and ready to pay I handed $100 bill and the cashier said oh let me double check and ask for the other employee and said oh we don't have change there's a bank you can go there and change.. And I just had withdraw that money from the bank and he want me to go back there.. I'm working at the retail store and I know there's a reserve money for a change.. And I ask what if that's the only money I have so I can't get to buy my favorite Starbuc... read more
