Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oatmilk, got oatmilk in a cup with caramel syrup and 2 drops of coffee instead :)
Ian is super friendly, she always makes my day. She is super nice and efficient. I love this Starbucks!
Broken things
Charged me almost $14 for a $7.11 beverage and refused to fix it (charged me for 5 shots of espresso when I didn't order anything with espresso)- Highly recommend just going around the corner to the other Starbucks with workers that actual Starbucks workers that know how to place orders.
it's 6:20am and the woman who works here is setting up chairs. they didn't give me coffee and were rude... i'm disappointed. starbucks pay attention!
