genuinely the slowest place ever. placed my order via mobile app 15 min ago (there were no customers in line) and then a worker starts talking to a customer for i kid you not like ten minutes or maybe a little less idk. but there were two workers (i think the 2nd one came out later) and no new orders were done. also tell me why the lady who ordered later than me got her order made earlier? the one that the barista was talking to.

Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oatmilk, got oatmilk in a cup with caramel syrup and 2 drops of coffee instead :)
Ian is super friendly, she always makes my day. She is super nice and efficient. I love this Starbucks!
