I’ve experienced the worst customer service here!!! yesterday they refused to give my daughter iced water, which is just tap water. They said it was there new policy that you have to buy something to get complementary water. But today at a different Starbucks I’ve proved that you can get iced waters without having to purchase another item… this was completely unacceptable, prejudice, and quite frankly blatant racism.
Came in to get something because we were in the area. Phenomenally pleasant service. Originally helped by a boy (I forgot his name, but he wore two diamond earrings and was very friendly)! He is the main reason I am writing this review. We were having some trouble with the app, and another boy named Cason (I think) came in to help us. Filled with people and got my order in a reasonable amount of time. They’re quick.
The store is well situated. The service, lacking. The staff need re education or replacing.
