Always a great experience coming in for coffee here. They are kind and cater to the customers :)
We got 2 Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino today from this Starbucks and terribly disappointed. They tasted like ice slurry without any mocha flavor and didn’t even have cookie chips. Not worth paying $7 for ice slurry.
The worst Starbucks ever! Horrible service at 12:05pm Saturday Sept. 29th - UNACCEPTABLE!!!
The staff at this Starbucks does not know how to make a mocha. Apparently they haven’t learned that it has chocolate in it.
