There were two guys working at the Starbucks today. One with short hair and another with longer hair. The short hair person dude was the most RUDE barista I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They announced the place was closing at 6pm. I started packing, and at 6:01pm as I was almost ready to leave the guy YELLED at me “YOU GOT TO LEAVE !!! “. I understand they need to close and go home , but that’s not the way to ask and especially after only being a minute late

This used to be my go to place, the staff were always so friendly to dogs and I would get my dog a pup cup. I had my parents in town last week, and was raving how nice the staff usually is and how they are always so nice to my dog when inside. I sort of put my foot in my mouth, because the staff was extremely rude and pissy as soon as i walked in asking if he was a service dog, where his jacket was and that he was not allowed to come in.
