I want to recognize Austin for his outstanding customer service. I have arthritis and was having trouble opening a food package. After Aleana told me it was against store policy to help me open it or even let me borrow scissors, I asked if Austin could open it for me instead. He gladly helped, although he seemed uncomfortable because of Aleana’s attitude. I was shocked that such a small request created such an awkward situation.
