My friend has a health issue that forbids her to drink any sort of coffee, I bought her a chai and they gave her a coffee. I went to the counter to get her to fix it and she insisted that it was a chai latte, didn't even look at the cup. She got defensive and annoyed when I asked further. No apology.
Ordered a pumpkin cold brew & a pumpkin spice latte (half sweetened) on a Wednesday in October around 6:30pm. Service wasn’t there. We could tell that the ladies working did not want to be there. Not to mention that the Target employees were receiving their orders before we received ours despite us placing our orders before them. Taste wasn’t there either.
