Everytime my wife or I place an order here for delivery or pickup they always get our order wrong and we have to take more time to get it corrected
I regularly order a Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel and always pay the additional charge for this customization. Yesterday, while placing my order, one of the older female employees made a rude and sarcastic comment to her coworker about my drink, saying something like, “This coffee wants extra, extra, extra caramel,” in a mocking tone while laughing. I dropped into this location and had a great experience utilizing their electricity to finish up some real estate transactions.
I’ve never dined in at this Starbucks before but frequently do a pickup order midday & the associates remember me and are always nice. Also, super quick too! Parking definitely sucks at this marketplace, so don’t do the same mistake as everyone else and just “temporarily” park in the middle of the road and expect your drink to be ready immediately lmao!
