I’ve never dined in at this Starbucks before but frequently do a pickup order midday & the associates remember me and are always nice. Also, super quick too! Some shifts can be very unfriendly though and fail to ask people who’ve been waiting 10+ minutes on a mobile order (and even avoid letting you ask a question by keeping busy)—most of the time though, it’s a very friendly crew. Everytime my wife or I place an order here for delivery or pickup they always get our order wrong and we have to take more time to get it corrected
I regularly order a Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel and always pay the additional charge for this customization. Yesterday, while placing my order, one of the older female employees made a rude and sarcastic comment to her coworker about my drink, saying something like, “This coffee wants extra, extra, extra caramel,” in a mocking tone while laughing.
