This is by far the best Starbucks in terms of service that I have ever experienced. Each person is greeted when they walk in, regulars are acknowledged, and the vibe is awesome. Just sitting here enjoying the kindness.

I don't usually write reviews I'm not sure where to vent. I ordered a drink, Earl Grey Tea Latte with a shot of espresso. I didn't get any espresso nor any milk. I got an early grey tea bag in hot water that's it. I didn't realize until later otherwise I would have gone back. I got charged twice the amount for a tea because of the extra shot.
