I don’t usually go to Starbucks, so I’m not very familiar with all the options but honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service. The staff was impatient, rude, and constantly rushing me while I was trying to order. They were yelling through the speaker and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions or customize my drink.
