Lid was broken and they gave me the smallest size when I got the large. Waste of money at this point instead of Starbucks every morning I will be going to Dunkin. Terrible !

I was very disappointed in the “service” my husband and I received. The girl working who was not wearing a name tag but was wearing her headphones clearly did not want to be there. She rolled her eyes at us when we approached the counter. After giving us an attitude and taking our order. She sat on the floor and went back to listening to her music. This isn’t the first time we’ve been met with this rather rude worker. If she doesn’t wanna be there she probably shouldn’t be given the privilege. Very disappointing
