Marv needs a raise and to be put in charge of all DFW airport starbucks customer service training! My interaction with him was the most pleasant I have experienced at DFW and I fly through here a lot. He greeted me with a smile and eye contact. Took my order like he enjoyed his job and then delivered my order with another smile and a friendly farewell. Thanks for making my travel day a little brighter Marv! You are going places!
I asked to have small iced coffee in a large cup of ice so I have enough room to put cream in. Marvince was who helped me. He was so kind, talkative and just a confident young man. I was blessed by his attitude and service. I want his management to know his attitude is a keeper. I was in gate E22A ALMOST 11AM FRIDAY DECEMBER 12TH. Heather Gill
