I am currently at the airport on June 29, 2025 and mobile ordered drinks for my family at the Starbucks at DFW airport E38 and walked to get my order from my gate. Got my 3 drinks and my daughter tried her matcha and said it tasted bitter when she ordered it with vanilla sweat cream foam. I was very hungry, I was coming from a tiring flight, I asked for my hot chocolate, I wanted to pay with cash and they told me that they don't accept it at an international airport and that cards from other countries don't work. The saddest thing was that the girl who helped me didn't give me any options. I was really starving. I felt sad with the desire for my crozant and my hot chocolate.
Paid for coffee, had me waiting 15 min for an iced coffee all because the Cashier did not care to put my name even though I gave her my name. Turns out the coffee was done for a while and they did not call me since it had no name because of the Cashier. They act like they don’t want to work there or like it is a huge task to do customer service when you ask something.
I had an early morning flight, this Starbucks was opened so I was able to get a breakfast before my travels. A barista, which I did not know who it was that doodled or get his or her name, doodle a little Snoopy with hearts on my cup, it warmed my heart because snoopy reminds me of special person, my Husband, who I miss as we live in different states at the moment.
