Near gate B12. The guy at the cash register was super rude and coffee was poor too. They just don't care
Rough customer service. They address customers as “bros”. Asked about a mobile order and was told rudely, “we’re behind I don’t know bro”.
This store is helping Starbucks ruin — bad drinks, no sense of service. Ruined my bday drink! Too many people, too much talk, inefficient work.
Person working the counter didn't know how to put in my order, matcha was mostly milk instead of tea, and the server who handed me my drink was rude. Not worth it.
The worst, just don’t go here. Terrible wait times, unfriendly staff, subpar food and drinks.
