Person working the counter didn't know how to put in my order, matcha was mostly milk instead of tea, and the server who handed me my drink was rude. Not worth it.
The worst, just don’t go here. Terrible wait times, unfriendly staff, subpar food and drinks.
The service here is extremely slow, and despite having many staff members, they don't seem to care about the customers. Very disappointing experience
Horrible! Slow all employees are just standing. Rude, no customer service. He was not paying attention to my order and gave me the wrong item. I had to take the wrong item. The guy with the dreads and an underwear beanie said he wished he can close the store.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks in Terminal B. I ordered a grande Pike with 4 pumps of hazelnut syrup, but the drink wasn’t sweet at all. When I asked the barista to fix it, he rudely insisted it was made correctly and refused to add more syrup. His attitude was unprofessional and honestly ruined the experience. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was a letdown.
