Rude,didn't have an order just asked for ice and the employee was absolutely rude. The first time in another employee was rude to me. Not sure what's the deal if they're not getting paid enough or just absolutely hate they're job but something needs to be done about the poor altitude just saying he should know better than to be rude to your neighbor
Against my better judgement, I love Starbucks. This store, in the morning, is always packed with waiting pick-up orders. I placed MY pick-up order 10 minutes in advance and still had to wait 10 minutes. And I often choose a personal cup which is then overlooked and I get a disposable cup to throw away. The drinks are usually great (sometimes missing one small modification) so I'm not complaining about the product. I want to celebrate the teams. Felt like how Starbucks was 10 years ago! Amazing, thorough service and positive staff getting after it. Great place!
Everyone at this store is SO nice! Always gets my drinks done right and always has good service. A hard working store!
