look even though this place does have 3.2 Star rating the employees are really nice and its just rush hour thats why they make mistakes when we ordered 2 Caramel ribbon crunch Fraps with extra caramel drizzle we pull up to the window we wait for 5 mins and then they ask to go inside the place and I do. When I go inside the employee gave me $4 gift cards as a sorry for inconvenience and we got the drinks as well sometimes rush hour gets them all confuzzled.
Waited for over 15 minutes while I watched the worker continue to make drive thru drinks that had been placed after mine.
