Very rude staff. So unlike Starbucks’s usual staff in all of the other locations. Messed up my order twice and didn’t bother to say Sorry even once. It was as if messing up my order and wasting my 20 minutes was my fault. Never coming back to this location.
Ordered a cake pop and a Venti Iced white mocha thru the drive-thru and got the cake pop automatically but the mocha took 10 minutes to be given to us. The place was not busy. And the drive-thru took forever just to order. Update: Just opened the cake pop and it's a chocolate cake pop when we asked for a Birthday cake pop. NOT HAPPY STARBUCKS
