Worst customer service! Used to be a good place, now is trash.
Service is always good. Coffee is what I ordered never have any complaints Foods always hot and I can always find an outlet to use. I'm editing my review because of my experience this evening. My past experiences at this location have always been positive I will no longer be returning to this location. I am homeless and have often used this location to charge my phone and power banks. Just checked the volume with my computer 80 decibel average, which can cause damage to eardrums over long periods of exposure…
Their phone must be broken, or they refuse to answer. Have been trying to call for weeks. The staff is pretty rude overall, one girl named "Isa" is the absolute worst. She refuses to make eye contact and WILL NOT respond to anything you say, not even "thank you." Just acts like an NPC. Its like she doesn't want to be there and really doesn't want you there. We had to stop going because she ruins my morning every time. Please replace the staff with people who don't hate customers.
