I ordered a venti iced matcha latte w 2 pumps of brown sugar. This is how much I got…. And it tastes like milk. Could’ve poured my ass a glass of milk and food coloring at home. And they still charged me full price all because they said they ran out of cups… bs
This is the second time my order has been made incorrectly. Despite clearly specifying that my drink should be made with water, it was still wrong both times, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This is disappointing as a customer.
I arrived at 8:15 AM, and the girl told me they were still closed. I replied that according to Google Maps they open at 7:00 AM, and she said she wasn’t ready to work yet.
We go to a lot of Starbucks however thid Wheaton location is by far our favorite! It has a very comfortable feeling and the staff is extremely welcoming. Shammi was our Barrista today and he not only knows my drink and get it right every time he always take the time to ask how we're doing. Je is very genuine!
I had a very bad experience at the Starbucks inside Target due to extremely poor customer service. There were two baristas working. I placed my order with one of them and clearly repeated three times that my coffee needed no sugar because I am diabetic and this is a health-related issue for me.
