One of the worst Starbucks visits I’ve had. I waited 20–25 minutes just to order, then another 35+ minutes for my drink while people who ordered after me got theirs first. Even a big order of 6–8 drinks was made before mine. When I finally spoke up and said I’d been waiting 40 minutes, the barista actually questioned me, asking if I was sure it had been that long instead of just fixing the issue. That attitude on top of the ridiculous wait was beyond upsetting .
There was 1 person working, and he was ... going at his own pace to say the least. But I don't blame him, he was the only one working. Whoever the manager is needs to make sure their employees are supported and approprately staffed! 1 person cannot make drinks for 10-15 customers in a reasonable time frame. I waited almost 30 minutes for my drink.
Waste time here . The staff who made my drink was very rude. She made my drink very last even i ordered first. And the taste was awful. I won't come here again wate time. Worst ever

Iced lavender latte … tastes only like oat milk. I got the same drink in another location not even close… She was very nice , but with the drink am disappointed
