We go to a lot of Starbucks however thid Wheaton location is by far our favorite! It has a very comfortable feeling and the staff is extremely welcoming. Shammi was our Barrista today and he not only knows my drink and get it right every time he always take the time to ask how we're doing. Je is very genuine!
I had a very bad experience at the Starbucks inside Target due to extremely poor customer service. There were two baristas working. I placed my order with one of them and clearly repeated three times that my coffee needed no sugar because I am diabetic and this is a health-related issue for me. Despite this, my drink was prepared with a lot of sugar, which is risky for my health. When I went back to explain the mistake, Johanna was rude and dismissive. Worst place to go for a coffee, there is a guy called sebastian, he make me wait lost my order I could say intentionally in different occasions, please never go to tha place. That location should be close forever !

One of the worst Starbucks visits I’ve had. I waited 20–25 minutes just to order, then another 35+ minutes for my drink while people who ordered after me got theirs first. Even a big order of 6–8 drinks was made before mine. When I finally spoke up and said I’d been waiting 40 minutes, the barista actually questioned me, asking if I was sure it had been that long instead of just fixing the issue. That attitude on top of the ridiculous wait was beyond upsetting .
