Got a mocha decaf with coconut milk and a black tea lemonade. The ladies behind the counter were like a well-oiled machine! Honestly Stellar service!
I go to Starbucks often have the app like to order online for quick pickup. This location is always behind. More often than not I have to tell them my drink and it’s not even started. I order online because I don’t have time for this. They need to do better with timing or hirer more staff!
They Need to start remaking drinks that have been waiting to be picked up for delivery BEFORE they get sent out. Or better yet wait until the pick up person arrives to make it. Because every time I get a drink from here its curdled by the time I get it. That's kind of crazy? I also get double charged for asking them to put extra strawberry in my drink and almost never get more than a single berry in my drink lol, for two extra dollars I can get less than or the same amount as if I didnt spend money on extras.
