I went to the drive thru a s have never experienced a more lackluster service from a Starbucks. The guy didn’t acknowledge me when I drove to the window. I asked to redeem my points and he failed to again acknowledge me or my request, he just scanned my app and handed me my drink. Extremely rude staff.
Just wish they learn how to read every time I ask for no ice in my drinks and what's the first thing I see it's ice
