Stopped in Sunday Sept 7th and received the absolute worst customer service from Alyssa. She gave me nothing but attitude and was beyond rude. I've never been more appalled with service at Starbucks. Her attitude was horrendous. I'll definitely be calling to speak to a higher up tomorrow.
If the scheduled hours for this specific Starbucks is “open until 8pm” why do I come at 5-6pm and they’re always closed….
Walked into a filthy store and not greeted by a tall, thin, lanky looking man with glasses standing at the counter. I say hello, no reply, I again say hello, still no reply. Ordered my beverage and got complete attitude when I told him to be polite and greet his customers walking in. This store is consistently poor when it comes to customer service, not to mention it’s always filthy.
It was so nice interacting with Broderick. Such a jolly guy - the interaction just made my coffee 10x better. Give that guy a raise!! - DG
