Terrible! I waited for my drinks for more than 10mins and when i ask if theyre making my drinks she told me its not even 15mins that your waiting and we have a lot of order!?! But meanwhile the other person is just standing and smiling around. So you mean i have to wait for my drinks for 30 some mins?? Its wrong and its not right to be waiting that long.you could have at least let the customer know prior ordering that tjey have ti wait for an hour!!!!
TERRIBLE. Order ahead is NEVER available. In a hospital people do not have time to wait 30 plus minutes for a drink. This Starbucks literally makes their own rules. Drink made wrong? 9 times out of 10 you will get attitude or they will deliberately ignore you knowing you are trying to wait patiently to speak with someone. It’s just always something and never anything positive. I will go across the street to an actual Starbucks and get treated 10x better instead of wasting my time with these people and their attitudes.
Took 30 mins to make a matcha
Stopped in for a matcha between appointments, the space/atmosphere is really surprisingly relaxing and feels the farthest thing from a hospital coffee shop, which must be really nice for patients and their family. The employee Rue (spelling?) is really so great at her job, i was stressed and my hands were full, and her demeanor and attitude were that of someone who is very patient and comforting.
