I had the absolute WORST experience at this Starbucks. I ordered 2 drinks and a cakepop for my child. I held up my phone which had the starbucks app and I had a gift card linked to it. The girl who worked there named “Rue” scanned my phone and then proceeded to tell me they are not part of the Starbucks franchise and do not take gift cards; ok then why would you scan my gift card? Poor attitude, and some employees just come off disrespectful when asking to make certain things, or show them a picture of what you want.
Absolutely do not use the scheduled order to try and get a drink ahead of time. It will still be a thirty to forty minute wait.
Terrible! I waited for my drinks for more than 10mins and when i ask if theyre making my drinks she told me its not even 15mins that your waiting and we have a lot of order!?! But meanwhile the other person is just standing and smiling around. So you mean i have to wait for my drinks for 30 some mins?? Its wrong and its not right to be waiting that long.you could have at least let the customer know prior ordering that tjey have ti wait for an hour!!!!
