I went in Friday, no one in line ahead of me. There were literally 6 employees behind the counter, 3 of the girls and one of the males looked right me and said nothing. After a couple minutes a young man named Ryan came from the back and immediately greeted me, took my order and got me my items, but unfortunately only part of the order was correct. Not the first time the staff has been rude here bit it is the last time I go to Starbucks.
Randomly removes ingredients to drinks without special instructions. Happened twice. Absolutely ridiculous.
This location was my husband’s favorite. We used to go to the location down the street because it was walking distance from our house but started to regularly get bad drinks. My husband always orders a venti mocha and it was consistently burnt or made wrong so we decided to try this location. 10/10 consistently good mochas from a particular barista that always signed his cups “Hamster.” We have since moved out of state and my husband now compares every starbucks mocha to the “Hamster” standard lol.
