What’s the point of paying more for a large coffee when these guys fill the ice to the top and give you a small portion of coffee? Total scam.
I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit refresher and it was almost entirely ice. I went back and got a lemonade, specifically asking for lite ice and got half a cup of ice. It kind of ruined my morning, because I was looking forward to a delicious drink and it was gone in two seconds and I was just left with a full cup of ice. I go here all the time and the quality and consideration of customers has been decreasing so much as of late. So disappointed.
They have really cut down their menu, so I went elsewhere. I'm guessing that's why it wasn't at all busy while the other coffee shops were slammed.
Katie took care of me! I rarely go to Starbucks so I always forget my order. Katie helped me choose a drink and when I didn’t like what I ordered she instantly noticed I wasn’t pleased and offered to remake my drink. Customer service is dying, but not with Katie. 10/10 customer service.
