I have been an avid Starbucks customer for over 20 years, but my experience at this American Canyon Marketplace location tonight (May 24th) was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. The moment I stepped through the door at 7:00 PM, there was absolutely no greeting or welcome from the staff. Usually, a simple "hello" signals to a customer that the team is ready to take an order, but instead, the very first thing I heard was the staff loudly discussing closing duties.
