I have been an avid Starbucks customer for over 20 years, but my experience at this American Canyon Marketplace location tonight (May 24th) was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. The moment I stepped through the door at 7:00 PM, there was absolutely no greeting or welcome from the staff. Constantly harassed and management has done nothing.
Melisa the manager is great !!! The staff in the morning does a great job and they all all welcoming !! I have now became a regular.
They should give out the order together if it’s multiple items, they give out items one at a time and my bakery item took so long to get I had forgotten it for a moment
