I come here early mornings to pick up my drink, since it’s right on the way to the dog park. The barista always makes my drink perfect, just how I like it. Always an excellent experience here. I didn’t catch her name but will update this review when (if) I do. She deserves a shoutout and a raise 😊

Multiple times I've had them switch milks in my drink (I have an allergy). But it is not super often, and they're really good about fixing it 🥰. Accidents happen when you're so busy
Absolutely the BEST in-store Starbucks in the Knoxville area. Don't miss it. All the baristas are great, but our favorite is Lil' bit. She is AMAZING! BEST drinks I've had... especially from an in-store location!
