My order was made incorrectly at first but once brought to attention the crew was apologetic and quick to make sure it was right !!! I really appreciate yall *big forehead kiss *
If you trying to go anywhere quickly, please choose a different Starbucks. This place is incredibly slow and there is no way to get out of the drive thru line once you are trapped.
Employees are all usually very polite, but the finish product is usually a huge miss. I always order a grande pike place and 50 percent of the time I get a watered down americano. A few times I have been informed the coffee machine is being cleaned and asked if I would like to substitute for a americano. The flavor profile between the two drinks are extremely different but employees still make the swap with no communication. Huge disappointment when the simplest drink, cannot be made with consistency.
