Sandy is terrible at customer service. I was going to buy a thermos, but she wouldn't agree to wash it; I got annoyed, put the thermos back, and simply left. I don't think she liked me asking if she spoke Spanish, as she rudely replied that she didn't. I waited many minutes without being attended to; I hope a supervisor checks the cameras this was between 3:00 PM and 3:10 PM. (PLEASE)
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while and it’s honestly disappointing to see how much it’s changed. It used to be my go-to location because the drinks were always good and the service was great. Lately, the service has been really frustrating. Some of the newer employees have attitudes, and my drinks haven’t been made correctly several times. They also don’t put nearly enough ice in the drinks anymore. We’ve been regulars at this Starbucks since they opened and stop in about 4x a week. We also regularly bring our dog, Duke, and the girls who work here all know him and always greet him by name. They’ve always been so sweet about giving him a pup cup, even when we weren’t purchasing anything. Tonight, (9pm) we stopped in during the evening on our way home and were told that we needed to purchase something in order to get a pup cup.
