This old white man working here on break was being extremely loud and creating an uncomfortable environment in an otherwise quiet and calm atmosphere. Complaining about customers and vocally talking crap about people and older generations, then hypocritically yelled at another customer to tone it down when they were just excitedly talking with other baristas.
