This place is supposed to be open @5am and it’s not, many times when in need of coffee this place is not available, when Lisa Schroeder was the manager she kept the place running like clockwork, there’s a black kid wearing a bandana that shoo me away @ 5:15am such an incompetent crew with disregard for their job and customers I will no longer support this store based on these experiences
The experience I had on Wednesday was so traumatic it has taken till just now for me to be able to write this. I have been coming here twice a week now going on for 3.5 years now and in the last several months there has been a new "store manager" still not sure of his exact title, he goes by the name Jason. This man is nowhere near personable enough to hold the title or Job that he does! To bring a drink to a customer and slam it in front of them call them by their name and say you will not be re making this drink ever again... read more
