I honestly have always had great service and the employees are really nice.
I know that they are busy, and that they get a lot of orders, but this morning I arrived 25 minutes early so that I would have time to get a drink before class only to end up spending 7 dollars on a drink that took enough time that I had to leave before it was even ready. Waste of my morning, and a waste of my time.
Recently every time I order here there is always an issue with my drinks. Coffees have been watered down, missing inclusions, and even the matcha lavender latte I ordered today was apsolutely foul and did not taste how it should. I tried to give them the benefit of there being rough days, but every day is a rough day at this Starbucks. They forgot the caramel in my CARAMEL macchiato
Hi, I know it’s always busy but please make drinks right, like I know it’s a winter drink but still. I have ordered the Cran Merry drink 3 times now and each time have gotten it without coconut milk despite ordering it specifically with coconut milk. I even heard the workers discussing how it was wrong and then she just put the lid on and gave it to me anyways. Usually this location on campus is great for being on a college campus but recently it’s been rough, especially for how much a single drink or food item is.
