It's a Starbucks, so the drinks are about the same quality you'll get anywhere. Service is fine as long as you don't want a pour over. If you like good coffee, however, don't bother asking for the pour over. 9 times out of 10 you'll get a blank stare, or they'll give you drip coffee, or they'll say "are you sure? That takes a long time and it's the same as the carafe." It's fine to not offer a pour over. I honestly have always had great service and the employees are really nice.
I know that they are busy, and that they get a lot of orders, but this morning I arrived 25 minutes early so that I would have time to get a drink before class only to end up spending 7 dollars on a drink that took enough time that I had to leave before it was even ready. Waste of my morning, and a waste of my time.
Recently every time I order here there is always an issue with my drinks. Coffees have been watered down, missing inclusions, and even the matcha lavender latte I ordered today was apsolutely foul and did not taste how it should. I tried to give them the benefit of there being rough days, but every day is a rough day at this Starbucks. Plus, the workers always have an attitude when asking questions and mentioning an issue about an item. Please do better considering this is a popular Starbucks and prices are not cheap.
