Black lady with the bangs looked me dead into my eyes as I asked for napkins after the drink she failed to secure spilt all over me, instead of being a normal person and giving me a napkin she out right ignored me, leading to a customer helping me instead of your own staff. I see why this place is closing down in a month.
James is the worst batista with the worst attitude at the 2401 Charles St location. We literally just came to get our day started and was greeted with the worst energy ever! we came in Sunday at 1129 and poor James must have been ready to go. Why is the menu limited and the drinks that they do have they don’t even know how to make. each barista makes the drinks taste differently. The two male employees make decent drinks, even though they taste differently, the female, all her drinks taste horrible. The store is dirty. If you look at the sign above the register that has the Starbucks logo you see the dirty greasy residue I wouldn’t dare eat a dessert out of that case.
