Here’s a concise and impactful review you could post: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience at this Starbucks. One barista (tall male in sweatpants) had his entire backside exposed, which was unprofessional and unappetizing. My friend and I each ordered a drink—hers came out, but after 10 minutes, I had to ask about mine, only to find out they had “forgotten” it in the blender. Service was painfully slow, and the staff had a rude, cliquey attitude. Definitely not the warm and welcoming Starbucks experience I expected.

Terrible customer service. When you ask for a different order and the worker rolls eyes and speaks Spanish about you (I speak Spanish) it’s absolutely disgusting and riddled with bigotry. If you don’t like your job working with the public. Go elsewhere. I will never be back. Contacting corporate later tonight. Coffee sucked too. Lazy workers.
