During my recent visit, I was served by an employee named Alysia, whose behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. From the beginning of the interaction, I felt unwelcome due to her dismissive attitude and visible frustration. I’ve visited this Starbucks many times and always had a good experience. The staff are efficient, there’s plenty of seating, and it’s never too crowded.
Go somewhere else. Bad atmosphere. Orders screwed up. It’s near my work, so I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Management and employees don’t care about customers.
