Was purchasing Two Venti drinks today- employee didn't know what she was doing- she ask her co worker about the drink after putting some items in the cup- I then ask for a refund the employee Grace- didn't ask why I wanted a refund- just looked at me and said go to customer svc. It was cool
Order made incorrectly twice , like how do you look at the sticker put it on the drink and still make it wrong .. Then make it over & it's still incorrect.
