I came in, and the barista seemed annoyed; she dropped some food, picked it up, and tossed it onto the food counter in a rude manner. She also took a long time to take our order. I usually come here, but today really lowered my expectations for this placeShe got my order wrong; when I pointed this out to her, the only thing she did was get annoyed with me. I told her it was fine and to just leave it as it was, but she spoke to me very rudely when I tried to explain the situation. Her name was “KinnLey.”
Was purchasing Two Venti drinks today- employee didn't know what she was doing- she ask her co worker about the drink after putting some items in the cup- I then ask for a refund the employee Grace- didn't ask why I wanted a refund- just looked at me and said go to customer svc.
