Firstly I want to say that I will never patronize this place again. I had amazing service from a young woman whose name I forgot to grab but she was an incredible sweet lightskin chubby girl with curly hair. She helped me decide on a drink that I’d enjoy after finding out that my go to was out of stock. She recommended me an ice brown sugar oat milk drink with sweet foam and it was amazing. Got a chai tea latte and it was just hot milk. Server didn't know what she was doing. Seemed new which is okay, but at least have someone there to train her.
Zero Stars I placed an order, brought the drinks home, only to realize they were both completely wrong and undrinkable. I called the store immediately and spoke with the manager, Sabrina, who apologized profusely and assured me they would happily remake my drinks if I returned.
