I went in on August 28th, and I was seen by Sabrina. She is such a a sweetheart and shining light!! So was the other girl making the drinks. Great team, great vibes. Not sure what the bad reviews are for. 💖 Good job, girls.
Big shoutout to Mindy for providing excellent customer service and great drink recommendations! The store was spotless, and the overall atmosphere made for a really pleasant visit. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. Another huge thanks to Sammie—you truly made my day with the positive words of encouragement written on my cup. The music in this store is much too loud! One can barely hear oneself think, let alone converse with others. My family and I used to enjoy coming here, but after our recent visits, we will no longer be patronizing this location.
