Staff have zero sense of urgency and with the demand there is, there probably should be more of them. Every time I come here, it takes way least ten minutes just to make a drink and there’s always like 10 people waiting.
This starbucks has moved to outpatient center. They didn’t follow the recipe Not even the topping that was supposed to be added. I went back and asked the clerk. she said that I came to pick it up too late, and all the toppings were sunk ( but i only left about 30 minutes ) But I drink through a straw and there's nothing down there . Drinks are also very weak. Worst time I ever spent at Starbucks . But i guess they didn't care.
The slowest service I have ever had getting a coffee roughly took about 20 mins for a large cold brew .. to the woman with the blonde dreads working the cold machine making drinks, yo I don’t think this job is for you.. you clearly are pissed to be at work and have no sense of urgency
