I’ve been a resident of Baltimore for half a year, and this is the nearest Starbucks. There are few things that I noticed about this location is quite concerning. For example there’s more than one time I used their bathroom, and found no hand-soap in their restrooms. Makes me question how wash their hands. I've been coming to this Starbucks for over a year now! Even though there's one closer to me, I prefer the Ashland Ave location because of the excellent customer service from Manager Leo and his team. But last week, I came in for a drink and some pastries, and I noticed the usual team members who greet me weren't around. The new employee was rude, as well as the new manager. Vengo de mi trabajo. Desvelada trabaje toda la noche en el sistema dice estar abierto desde 4:30 am. Yegue alas 10 para las 5. Estába serrado. Me senté afuera y nunca abrieron se iciron las 6 y nunca abrieron. Me fui sin el macha no comprendo porque dice. Abierto y las personas. Van de puro gusto
I am the Director of Security for the Eager Park area which the Ashland Ave Starbucks falls under my service. A replacement manager has rudely told my security team who provides services to this location we can use the restroom nor ask for cold water. The Manager Mr. Leo has always welcomed us and also allowed us to post a sign in book at that location at allow our security team to monitor the location. Worst attitude and customer service from your Supervisor Ashley. I ordered a plain croissant she stated they were out of stock. Then I ordered double smoked bacon sandwich. Ashley told me they were also out of stock. However she was hearing up a double smoked bacon sandwich for herself. I also noticed she had sandwiches on the yellow racks. food was spread out on racks in the dining room. She stated she had to count them so I asked if she can minus what she sells from inventory.
