Do not use the drive thru. You'll get the worst experience. The lady on the microphone doesn’t care about what you ordered, her response would always be rude and unpleasant
I usually tip $1 per one drink when I drive though. Usually it’s a nice gentleman no issues with my drink whatsoever. But today it was lady sun was in the machine and I didn’t see tip options I just figured may be she thought I’d skip it and she had already skipped it cuz the machine look ready to tap (no tip options just big numbers where sun wasn’t hitting). Anyway while waiting for my drink I checked I had payed $11.77 instead of $6.77 when I asked it was the nice gentleman he checked at said I tipped $5 but he can refund... read more
The staff are great! Amir has always been consistent with her customer service I love her energy and always great to deal with!
