They can’t get my simple drink order correct over 50% of the time. Terrible
After seeing all these negative reviews there’s clearly an issue here so hopefully management takes these into consideration. Really terrible service again this morning. I chalked it up to people having bad days the last few times I’ve been here but today made me come check how others are experiencing this location. This morning started with a 6am Starbucks run—Americano as usual. When I got to work, a colleague noticed writing on my cup and asked, "Did Starbucks really write that?" She did! I’ll admit, there was a time I thought the baristas were over the top with their friendliness. But today shifted my perspective. Study here often. Always friendly and quick. Some staff hand out free items every time I go.
If only zero stars was an option. My husband once went to order a drink through drive thru for me, I always get extra sweet cream on my cold brew, he was told by the small oriental man, no, there is sweet cream already in it... If you are wanting it, paying extra AND its an optional on the mobile app he should be accommodating it. I used to go to the Namao location but Crystallina is so much closer for me, the Namao location is so welcoming and cheerful, they write cute things on your cup or a smiley face.
