I go to this Starbucks to study, I can’t at home because of my young siblings. (They are very distracting) when I’m there longer than an hr they will blast the cold air to weed out all the people that they feel has been spending to much time there( I notice they do this in the dead of winter too) They are not very friendly as well. But this place is the closet safe place to study.
Don't go to this location. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks drinks and food every day. I'm always satisfied with the staff here, today there was only 1 girl at the drive-thru who always had a rude attitude and no respect for customers. When customers asked, she didn't even answer... In the past, she cursed loudly at customers and even threw money. I don't want to spend too much money and receive such undeserving treatment in return. If I can give you a ZERO STAR I would!!! Your Supervisor Tiana does not even apologize to us. I told her my mom got her lips burn because the staff Ubah gave her a (very) hot water when we specifically ask for a warm water only!! When I told the supervisor this, she did not even apologize and empathize to what happen to my mom. I am a Starbucks regular customer but whenever I went to this location-Crystallina Nera, I always have a unpleasant experience here!!
Barista was so rude doesn’t even talk to you she will literally just stick the machine in your face. And always forgets straws and napkins
