Never again with this location. I'm almost enraged trying to make myself drink this I'm a creature of habit and always get the same thing. My drink wasn't made correctly (with extra milk) and I took it back. The guy was more focused on speaking vs. listening and remade it worse. I was already going to be running late to work bringing it back and didnt have time after it was again remade incorrectly to fix the issue. I just won't return. Solid outpost of national coffee chain. Parking and access is a bit funky (but not hazardous like their nearby outlet st York and Regester). Typical offerings by friendly/knowledgeable barristas. Seating area is a bit cramped.
Hello! There's an employee here who greets customers with "What's up, dog?" Is there anyone here to conduct interviews before hiring? I thought I visited a Starbucks franchise in a nice neighborhood, not a convenience store in West Baltimore.

Expect to wait much longer for any pastry or bakery items. Heads up, Not so pleasant if you ask the status on your order.
